I am a Sr. Loan officer for a highly ranked mortgage lender. Some of my purchase loan transactions are done w/ Title One being the title and escrow company involved. Their communication and teamwork is top of the line. The keep every transaction very smooth flowing. They help with what we ask them to and go above and beyond to work directly with myself and the realtor to make sure we all get the transaction closed as needed. As most of you in the real estate, mortgage, title etc. industries know, having that communication and teamwork is of the utmost importance. I have used Title One Agency numerous times for purchase transactions. Most of my experiences at Title One have been with Cheryl Sturiale & Jacque Hofer. Their service is top notch. Brian has done the title work on many of my closings. He always does and excellent job. He keeps me informed throughout the process. He is patient in answering questions and explaining things that I am not sure of.The deed is always transferred the day and time that he states. He is also very helpful to the buyers at time of closing answering their questions and explaining each document that needs signed. Again an excellent job and a pleasure to work with.
Brian Beck was assigned to my buyer's transaction. The most important reason in choosing a title agency is communication. Brian was always in contact with me throughout the entire transaction as well as follow-up after the transaction closed. He was able to quickly communicate answers to questions my buyer and I had during this transaction.
